I am not really sure if real enlightenment is possible for any human being.

Even being the Buddha, I wonder what would have happened if his dad showed up and nagged him for sitting around all day instead of working on the fields.

Or Jesus: I wonder how his dad felt about him traveling all the lands instead of building his own family.

I dont think they would have stayed in an eternally positive mood if their parents suddenly showed up behind the next corner.

How to resolve the bad energy in the family

So I just had a shamanic session with Mapacho and Drumming. It was incredible and now I feel like the relationship with my parents has immediately improved. Due to the stress in the family in the past weeks my dad had a lot of understandable episodes of aggression and nervousness towards me.

Today the Shamanic practitioner Mara performed an amazing session on me. First she did the Drumming session and singing while walking around me, then she started using the mapacho and started massaging my body.

Suddenly I felt a little shift and knew something was coming. Then I felt the second shift and my facial muscles strained and I had to get up and had the feelings of puking. She handed me a bucket and I was spitting in the bucket, it didn’t make me fully vomit into.

Then I asked for Mapacho to smoke.

She gave me her pipe and I asked if I do have the honor. I took the Mapacho smoke in my mouth, then I swallowed it. Suddenly I felt something coming up and then had to almost puke and spit a lot and screamed. Lots of energies came out and the whole session felt amazing. I didn’t fully puke like on Ayahuasca. It was just the same sensations and muscles that were contracting.

Afterwards Mara told me that she saw how I can talk to my Ur-Mother who is the initial female of my ancestors. This will clean up a lot of issues if I she will show herself to me during a journey. This way I can reach the next level of cleaning.

The other message she received is that I have the gift and should start with becoming a shaman and finding a teacher who will introduce me to shamanism. I can journey and ask for signs to show me the right teacher for me.

So how does all of this suddenly resolve the bad energies in the family?

Fun and easy Procrastination and Burnout Cure

Is Dry Fasting the silver bullet?

Hey,

I have been experimenting with dry fasting without water and food in the past weeks.

It seems to be amazing for both cleaning the body with Autophagy and also to cure psychological ailments.

Today I am doing another dry fast of at least 24 hours. Tomorrow the day will feel amazing.

As a recommendation I read 20 Questions & Answers About Dry Fasting by Sergey Filonov.

There is not much content available about it in the Western world. Most of the research seems to be from Russia.

Why I use a physical kitchen timer?

The use of a physical timer for the pomodoro method is important.

However as any rule there are exceptions. For example now I am sitting in a Starbucks in Bangkok and I use the https://tomato-timer.com/ app. I brought my physical kitchen timer, but I dont like to use it in public, because I dont want to annoy all the people around me when it rings after 25 minutes are over.

Actually I am looking for a kitchen timer with a variable sound level. It would be awesome if that could be found somewhere haha.

Anyway the importance of a physical kitchen timer that you do actually change into a different state of mind when seeing a physical timer on the desk thats ticking away the time.

Its so important, for my most productive and important projects I only use a physical timer.

Francesco Cirillo who invented the Pomodoro Method does indeed advice that only a physical timer can be used.

How to be productive when working from home

I have never had a job.

Beginning in High School I made money online. However the first profitable campaign was just before getting my Bachelor’s degree. Even though I continued to study officially, after 6 months I was making profits that were matching the income bracket of getting a Master’s degree. So I stopped attending university and went to Thailand in 2015.

The biggest issue though when working from home is how to control the psyche.

It’s contra intuitive to be working alone in a room with a laptop and occasional meetings via GMeet, Zoom or Telegram calls.

Occasionally I did rent an office and had partners I worked together with in the same room for extended periods of time. However mostly my experience in remote work involves being alone in the room.

How is it possible then to stay motivated?

How I healed Burnout Symptoms in 2 months

During the hard lockdown this year in August and September my psyche became very vulnerable. I had a lot of issues with being depressed and having an inability to work in the same quality I used to before.

Actually beginning of September I suddenly could no longer do any productive work.

By November I was productive again without any burnout symptoms left.

What happened?

Firstly I did my second MDMA ceremony in September and this time actually supplemented it with Cannabis. Two very strong sacred and healing medicines.

Then in beginning of November I did my first core shamanism course. That is a healing modality on how one can induce altered states of consciousness that are very similar to the states realized with Entheogens.

November has been the most productive month so far and I am back working with enthusiasm and actually look forward again to getting back at work.
